Hi all 5K runners! We have about 5 weeks until the race. I want to make sure between now and November 7th, you know exactly what to do for your training.
Each week up until your race, you want to follow the schedule of one endurance run, one tempo run, one day of intervals, and cross-training day (see prior posts). A warm-up and cool down are essential for each workout.
