2011 is Your Year!

It's time to write out your New Years Resolutions. Fitness related resolutions are at the top of the resolution list for most people and it should be. Exercise is a very important component of fitness. Studies show that it reduces the risk of some cancers, increases longevity, helps achieve and maintain weight loss, enhances mood, lowers blood pressure, and boosts your immune system.
