Quick Circuit Workout

Here's a quick circuit that Rachel and I came up with yesterday... Just in time for the weekend!

Quick Circuit
Reverse lunge with front kick  15 reps
Single Leg Squat with reach  15 reps
Push up  15 reps

 *Repeat as many times as you can within 15 mins.
