Marinated Strawberries with Mango Sorbet

Here's a sweet treat that won't ruin your diet.  It's perfect on a hot summer day!

1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
1 tablespoon powdered sugar or agave
2 teaspoon chopped fresh mint
1 cup mango sorbet
mint springs optional

Combine the first 3 ingredients in a bowl.  Cover the strawberry mixture and chill for 2 hours.  Spoon 1/2 cut strawberry mixture into each of the 2 dessert bowls, and top each serving with 1/2 cup mango sorbet.  Garnish with mint springs.
