Super Easy Guacamole

Avocados are truly a super fruit. They have twice as much potassium than a banana, promote a healthy heart, have anti-inflammatory responses, and are a good source of beneficial fats. Guacamole is a delicious healthy snack. Enjoy with your favorite baked corn tortilla chips.


 Super Easy Guacamole

4 Hass Avocados
1 Jalapeno Chile finely chopped (Less if you don't like it spicy)
¼ c  Salsa (We like Organic Emerald Valley)
Juice from ½ a lime 
 2 TB chopped fresh cilantro

Smash avocados and mix all the other ingredients together and serve with gluten-free organic tortilla chips
