Homemade Gluten Free Granola

      Granola is one of my favorite breakfast foods. Most of the granola in the stores is not all that healthy. I like to make my own. A healthy portion of granola is 1/2 cup. For a yummy and healthy breakfast mix 1/2 cup of gluten free granola with 1 cup plain yogurt and 1/2 cup of fresh berries.  

 Ingredients 
 
1/2 cup organic brown sugar
1/2 cup organic coconut oil
1/2 cup safflower oil
1 cup raw organic honey
8oz raw walnut pieces
(any nuts will work)
2 tsp celtic sea salt
1-18 oz pkg. gluten free oats

Mix all ingredients together and spread out on a cookie sheet and bake for 50-60min. Stirring once half way through the cooking process.
